We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all of our tours. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours before meeting time will maintain a 50% charge.
Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before meeting time, late arrivals, and “no-shows” will maintain a full charge unless we can sell your spots to other guests.
All cancellations however, will include a 12 month credit to rebook your spots at a later point, which no other tour company offers.
Please make sure you leave early enough to get to the meeting point in time or earlier in case of traffic. We will NOT be able to wait for late arrivals in respect of the other guests and for our daily tour schedule, so if you are late, no matter for what reason, we can not give you any refund for the booked spots. As a guest your only responsibility is to be at the meeting point in time. If for any reason you are late and we started without you, we can try to reschedule for the next day or a later date, but we will have to charge you $50 additionally.
If the weather conditions compromise safety and we can not reschedule your tour for another day, we will refund completely. However, for unforeseen circumstances out of our control, such as the police blocking the entry because of the reckless behavior of other “tour companies” copying our tour, we do not refund as it’s not our fault. However, this only happens very rarely and we can of course reschedule. In case you can’t, we offer 12 months credit for your bookings. In some cases like through Airbnb, we can only refund our payout without Airbnb fees. Most of our tours are still hosted when it rains (after all it’s the rain forest), even though some parts of the tour might be skipped for safety reasons.
